How SecureVacant works

Four steps. One unbroken loop.

SecureVacant puts an autonomous watch agent in the home from the moment the gateway goes online. Sensors talk to the agent around the clock — and the moment something trips, a vetted local crew is paged before damage has time to spread.

Step 1 · On-site hardware

A cellular gateway that never needs Wi-Fi.

Our compact gateway mounts inside the property and connects over the cellular network — so a power cut, a router reboot, or an ISP outage can't take it offline. A solar-backed battery keeps the gateway broadcasting through extended blackouts.

Step 2 · AI watch agent

Continuous sensor and weather fusion.

The watch agent reads every sensor stream and cross-checks each alert against a second, independent source before treating it as real. A single sensor trip alone is not enough to dispatch a crew — the agent waits for confirmation.

  • Leak sensors

  • Door & window contacts

  • HVAC telemetry

  • Weather feeds

Dual-source confirmation

Every alert is a hypothesis. The agent confirms on a second source — a corroborating sensor, a weather event, or a threshold crossed — before a crew is paged.

Step 3 · Crew dispatch

The right tradesperson, paged immediately.

Once the agent confirms an incident, it pages the crew that matches the problem — plumber for a leak, HVAC technician for a heating failure, locksmith for a forced entry. The crew gets property access notes and a remote shutoff option before they arrive.

Step 4 · Weekly condition report

A Monday brief that closes the loop.

Every Monday morning, SecureVacant sends a plain-English condition report for each watched property. It covers everything the agent observed, every crew dispatch that ran, and any recommendations for the week ahead — no dashboard to log into.
